Blackberry devices require the following information to retrieve messages from your Get Green account:

NB: yourdomain.com must be substituted for your own domain name!!!

• Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com;   
  
• Incoming Mail Server (POP): mail.yourdomain.com (port 110);
• POP Account Name: yourname@yourdomain.com;
• Password: Your email password.

To add an email account to your Blackberry, follow these steps:

From your Blackberry device:

1. Click on Email Settings.
2. Login to your BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) account.
3. On the homepage, click Email Accounts.
4. Under Email accounts, click Add New (POP3 Account).
5. In the Email Account Set-up, enter the following information:
   
   • Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com;
   • UserName: yourname@yourdomain.com;
   • Password: Your email password;
   • Confirm Password: Your email password.
6. Click Submit or Next.
7. Since you are adding a POP3 email account, you will need to enter the following:
   • Email Server: mail.yourdomain.com;
   • Port Number: 110.
8. Click Submit.
